  • I fell in love with yoga thirteen years ago and have been practicing ever since. In 2019, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, followed by a 300-hour training in 2022. My classes are a mix of hatha yoga and creative vinyasa flows, weaving together different yoga trainings into a holistic approach. My aim is to leave my students feeling energised and relaxed throughout their bodies and giving them a break from the day to day hustle. Next to my yoga offerings, I also hold cacao ceremonies and sound baths. I am excited to not only guide you through some juicy yoga classes, creating an energizing mind-body-connection, but to also hold space during cacao ceremonies and sound baths for you. All of these practices will be a wonderful way to connect to your body and the natural world around you.

Malika started her raw cacao journey in 2019 and has since guided community and private cacao ceremonies. Malika guides her students through their emotional landscape with gentle and heart-opening movements, visualizing meditations, and live music.

Our Team

Mathilde and Malika met during their 300h yoga teacher training in Greece. They have mixed their dancer and musician competences to shot diveres videos, and exchanged a lot about their yoga practice.

  • I am a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and contemporary dancer. I’m a choreographer of Kolumno dance company and Yoga teacher of Maha Yoga Org. I've always had a passion for movement and its power to heal both the body and mind. With my diploma in art therapy, I bring a holistic approach to my teaching that's all about meeting everyone's needs and finding the right balance for you.

During our week together, we'll be surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the countryside. We'll also have the chance to explore the natural world around us, from hiking to learning about medicinal plants and herbs.

I want this retreat to be a space for you to connect with your body, your breath, and your inner self. I believe that yoga is about so much more than just physical postures. It's a philosophy and a way of life that can help you cultivate greater mindfulness, self-awareness, and compassion for yourself and others.

So whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, I can't wait to share this transformative experience with you. Let's explore the beauty of movement and nature together and discover all the ways it can help us feel our best both on and off the mat.

  • What is Cacao Cermony?

The Cacao tree, also known as Theobroma Cacao was highly valued in the Aztec and Mayan cultures. Today, following a long line of traditions, Theobroma Cacao is used as a ceremonial drink in South America. During these ceremonies, cacao is offered to the gods by pouring the first sip into a bonfire and the rest is then drunk as a thick chocolaty drink, allowing the body to receive the blessings of this plant. Raw cacao opens doors and allows us to walk through them. No force, no pushing; cacao only shows us what we can handle. It guides us toward our strength and vulnerability as we connect to our emotions and dive deep into our hearts.

What is i guided intuitive dance?

Inuittive guided dance is a way yo espress through the mouvement. We don’t need technique, it’s about letting go emotions and tensions.

    What is soundbath?

A soundbath is a form of meditation. The facilitator guides the participants hereby into a deep state of relaxation, bathing them in the soothing sounds and vibrations of various instruments.

    What is Hatha Yoga?

Hatha yoga is a slow paced, yet strong, yoga practice. During these classes students are guided through a sequence of yoga poses, also called asanas, which will each be held for 3-10 deep breaths.

    What is vinyasa yoga?

This style of yoga offers a faster paced practice, focused on creative transitions between poses and a strong movement-breath connection. Sink into your breath and enjoy your body flowing to the rhythm of your inhale and exhale

    What is yin yoga?

Yin Yoga is a fairly new yoga practice, targeting the deep muscle tissue in our body. This practice is slow and intentional. You will use your breath to calm your mind and surrender to the stillness. In Yin yoga we never force a position. Instead we allow gravity and time to guide our body deeper into the poses.

    What is yoga Nidra?

Nidra is a sanskrit word and means sleep. Yoga anidra is therefore Yoga sleep. In this practice, you give your head a well-deserved rest without actually falling asleep. The teacher will guide you through a mediation, which will bring you into a deep state of relaxation. Ideally, your brain waves will slow down to the same state your brain is in just before falling asleep. Your body is relaxed and heavy. Enjoy a moment of full bliss!
